Court Sometimes people who are splitting up have to go to court to have a judge make decisions for them, because they aren’t able to decide themselves. If your parents have to go to court, it’s not because one of them did something wrong. Most kids don’t have to go to court. But someone working for the court might talk to you to try to find out what is best for you. Going to court
can take a long time. The courts are very busy, and it may
be a long time before your parents can see the judge. |
